Frequently Asked Questions

  • My top priority when it comes to editing bespoke wedding films is to provide the necessary attention and care to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality. As a result, the editing process may take some time. Usually, I send the completed film approximately 12 weeks after your wedding day, so you can revisit and cherish the precious moments captured without delay. However, please note that during peak season, the delivery timeframe may be extended due to the high demand for my services.

  • No matter which package you choose, your film(s) will be delivered to you through an online link. This link allows you to conveniently view, download, and share your film(s) for up to 10 years!

As a bonus tip, if you own a SmartTV or Firestick, you can easily stream the films on your big screen for an even more immersive viewing experience.

  • To officially secure my services as your wedding videographer, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% will be required. This amount will be deducted from your total balance, and I will send you an email with details on the remaining amount due and the deadline for payment.

  • Flexibility is key, and I always strive to accommodate my clients' needs as much as possible. I've taken bookings with as much as 3 years' notice, and even with as little as 1 hour's notice.

However, it's always best to secure your wedding videographer as soon as you can. To avoid any potential conflicts or disappointment, I recommend booking as early as possible.

  • Absolutely. I'm fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability insurance of up to £5m, which is often required by many venues. Upon request, I can bring these documents with me.

Additionally, I'm licensed to operate a drone for your wedding, so you can rest assured that all footage captured will be legal and in compliance with regulations.

  • No, it is not necessary to provide a meal for me during your wedding. While it is always appreciated, it is not a requirement of mine.

However, if you do decide to provide a meal, I of course would be very grateful.

  • Unfortunately, not. However, as your wedding videographer, it is my job to create a bespoke, personal and accurate depiction of your special day. The music that I select plays an integral role in the pacing and mood of your film, and I take pride in choosing music that reflects you as a couple and the atmosphere of your day.

I pride myself on using timeless and unique music that will be a perfect fit for your film. Additionally, you can be assured that all of the music I use is properly licensed, unlike some other companies or videographers who may illegally use copyrighted music.

I work with a database of independent music producers and include the cost of licensing their music in my packages, so you don't need to worry about any extra fees.

  • There's a photographer / videographer out there for everyone and I want to ensure that I'm the perfect person to capture your special day.

My films and photos truly shine when there are heartfelt speeches to use in the films, when you feel comfortable in front of the camera for portraits, and when there's a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of memorable moments.

  • I limit my bookings for two key reasons. First, I want to ensure I can give every couple the time and attention they deserve. By getting to know each couple on a personal level, I can better capture the essence of their special day. The more I understand what is important to the bride and groom, the more meaningful the films will be.

Second, I strive to minimise delivery times. My goal is to deliver everything within a 12-16 week window. Taking on too many weddings would extend the wait time.
